Terms & Conditions
By registering and using the services of eSecure Pay and Web Solution, you agree to the following terms:
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and possess valid identity proof to use our platform. Submission of false information may lead to immediate termination and legal action.
2. Registration & Activation
Upon payment, your account and eMitra ID will be activated. You will receive login access and a wallet, with 50% of the loaded amount held as a non-usable security deposit.
3. Service Scope
We provide access to digital services such as utility bill payments, certificates, and other e-Governance functions under authorized platforms. We are not liable for services not rendered due to third-party failures.
4. Wallet Use
 The wallet can be used for transactions once active.
 50% of the wallet amount will remain locked as a security measure.
 The locked amount may be released after 6 months of continuous activity or upon account closure after audit clearance.
5. Scam & Fraud Policy
If any fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or unauthorized access is detected:
 Your account may be suspended or terminated.
 Legal action will be initiated under IPC, IT Act, and other applicable laws.
 IP logs, KYC data, and transaction records will be shared with investigating authorities.
 

6. Refund Policy
 Refunds (if applicable) will only be initiated after 7 days from the date of payment.
 Refunds are only processed for duplicate transactions, technical errors, or failed services.
 No refund will be processed for successfully delivered services or ID activation.
 

7. Dispute Resolution
All disputes are subject to [Insert Jurisdiction, e.g., Jaipur, Rajasthan] jurisdiction. We follow a transparent grievance redressal mechanism. You may contact our support team or escalate to legal authorities if required.8. Termination
